About Me
As an accomplished leader with an Ed.D. in Organizational Leadership from Franklin University (2024), I have dedicated over 29 years to transforming schools, coaching top leadership talent, and driving data-driven improvement. My equity-focused approach is backed by an Ohio Superintendent's License and Principal & Teacher Evaluator Credential, as well as an M.A. in Administrative Education from The Ohio State University (2001) and a B.S. in Elementary Education from Central State University (1996).
Throughout my career, I have spearheaded numerous initiatives aimed at closing achievement gaps, improving instructional practices, and fostering inclusive school cultures. As a strategic thinker and collaborative problem-solver, I have a proven track record of aligning systems, empowering teams, and delivering sustainable results.
My leadership philosophy centers on the belief that every child deserves access to a high-quality education that prepares them for success in college, career, and life. I am passionate about mentoring emerging leaders, championing evidence-based best practices, and leveraging data to drive continuous improvement.

Driving Systemic Change: Selected Initiatives
Strategic Planning
Co-led the District Matriculation Team, collaborating with departmental leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive, district-wide matriculation strategy aimed at ensuring consistent transitions and academic continuity for all students.
Early Warning Systems
Designed data-driven monitoring systems to identify and support at-risk schools to provide targeted intervention to proactively improve student oucomes. before they fall behind academically or behaviorally.
Professional Development implementation
Collaborated with the Central Office Curriculum Team to design, implement, and monitor professional development aligned to instructional priorities across all content areas.
Leadership Coaching
Facilitated ongoing leadership development using the Inquiry Cycle Coaching Model in partnership with the University of Washington to strengthen instructional leadership and data-informed decision-making.
